Builders of Hope CDC

Started by Voice Hope Ministries in November of 1998, Builders of Hope has grown to be one of the largest and most recognized non-profit home builders in the city of Dallas, offering homes ranging from $95-150,000 with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 car garages. Builders of Hope CDC has built and/or rehabbed over 200 homes in Dallas.

Mission

Builders of Hope CDC is a Christian ministry transforming Dallas urban areas by building strong families, healthy, safe neighborhoods through discipleship, community pride, and the development of quality affordable housing. This mission is driven by four main services:

Affordable Housing (which includes building new homes, revitalization of existing homes, and demolition and rebuilding substandard homes).
Home Buyer Education and Counseling
Family Support Services
Community Mobilization
