SouthFair

SouthFair CDC was formed in 1991 as a 501(C)(3) nonprofit and is recognized by the City of Dallas as a Community Housing Development Organization. SouthFair is dedicated to the revitalization of the Jeffries-Meyers neighborhood under the guidance of the Fair Park Gateway Revitalization Concept Plan. The area features many historic homes along Park Row and South Blvd.

MISSION

The mission of SouthFair is to improve the quality of life for the residents of South Dallas
through the promotion of neighborhood revitalization, primarily through the development of
affordable housing, fostering economic activity and the provision of needed support services.

Focus Area

The Jeffries-Meyers neighborhood is a 10-acre/30-city block area bordered on the north by Hwy 30, Martin Luther King Blvd on the south, Central Expressway/Hwy 75 on the west and Robert. B. Cullum Street on east adjacent to Fair Park Grounds.
